15. Lessons from my Story  I didn’t let my environment limit me.  I wanted to solve everyday problems for people.  I focused on ‘pain points’.  I was willing to be the first to do it.
16. How to Chart your own path  Care DEEPLY about PEOPLE.  Learn Communication.  Be curious, ask plenty questions to understand, and be willing to NOT overlook the small details.  Be willing to try out new things.  Stop finding ‘x’ and BE ‘x’
