About STROMA Films ▪ Led by filmmakers Douglas Walker and Brian Ross. ▪ Began life as Rapid Visual Media in 2007. ▪ As directors, writers and producers with 35 years collective experience, we’ve never stopped being inspired by the people we work with. ▪ We make films about artists, designers, musicians and makers. ▪ We make films about architecture, community and cultural heritage.

4. Latest Work – St Mary’s & Steinway ▪ We were asked to produce a film documenting the once in a generation purchase of a Steinway Model B piano by St Mary’s Music School in Edinburgh. ▪ Filming between the Steinway Factory in Hamburg and St Mary’s Music School in Edinburgh, we follow concert pianist Steven Osborne on the selection process. 5. What is V&A Dundee? ▪ Ahead of the opening of the V&A Museum of Design in Dundee, we worked with the team at V&A Dundee to document a variety of projects that are helping put the new design museum on the map. WHAT IS V&A DUNDEE?
6. Meet Max ▪ The Scottish Chamber Orchestra asked us to create a profile film to introduce their new principal conductor, Maxim Emelyanychev. ▪ Watch him as he prepares for his debut performance of Haydn’s The Seasons at the Usher Hall in Edinburgh. MEET MAX
