10. Sprint Review Released Functionalities • New user sign up • User login & Authentication • Session Management • Event listing according to categories . • User can send request to become an Admin. • Admin can post an event.

Product • User interface matched with the clients’ requirements. • Additional functionalities need to be added in the forthcoming sprints. • Few bugs were found during the alpha release – will be addressed in the next sprint. • A few functionalities delayed to next sprint: ◦ Event authentication ◦ Incorporation of photo and videos in Event description ◦ Multiple dates associated with certain events
12. Bug List • Either video or photos can be uploaded per event. • Theme of front page is different from other pages. • When user tries to Log Out, still shows Login at the home page

14. Team member and disasters Vishal Pathak: A day before Alpha release presentation, his laptop gets locked in IPC Lab (Room No:6109).But, as we worked on Github, developed code was fetched from repositories and final modifications were done on time.
15. Team member and disasters Surabhi Vatsa: Committed the entire original template folder which caused trouble for Back end team members as certain wrong fields were there at the time of integration. This requires rework to be done.
16. Sprint #2 Plan for Beta Release: • Provide tagging feature to events. • Subscription for tags. • Feedback to an Event. • Sponsor for individual events. • Enable Searching mechanism.
