2. The Childhaven Foundation seeks to improve the plight of child victims of abuse and abandonment, so they may have the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Childhaven’s mission is to lift children from crisis to hope. Childhaven provides comprehensive community support services, safe houses, foster care and emergency shelter, outpatient therapy and court appointed special advocates (CASA). Grace Place Pregnancy and Health Center offers hope and help to youth, women and children in need. Affirming life in every situation, Grace Place encourages healthy lifestyle choices and offers healing and wholeness by providing pregnancy testing and counseling, post- abortion counseling, parenting classes and abstinence education. A Path Home (a project of the Four Corners Foundation) is a master planned development and transitional housing project for homeless individuals and families. A Path Home will replace the current outdated and inadequate PATH-- People Assisting the Homeless facility, which has served our community since 1983. Our annual Charity Golf Classic tournament raises funds, resources and volunteer labor to meet physical and emotional needs in San Juan County. This year‘s proceeds will benefit these worthy organizations: A complimentary continental breakfast will be available before the tournament.
