  1. RAV’N Voice Ordering System (Voice Shopping) for E-Commerce Platforms MEMBERS

Bakare Emmanuel John Afolayan Aderinto Sadiq Uchegbu Izu Khadijah Abiola
  2. Rav’n Rav’n is a voice ordering platform that can be

used by customers to order items online using voice / chat enabled services integrated via APIS to merchants and mid-scale consumable services
  3. Case Study for Rav’N I own a Google Home and

find it hard to use the various delivery services / supermarkets such as Dominos (which our app builds on) to get simple items on my card. There are zero payment integrations and we saw the gap in the market to bridge smart voice enabled systems to enable easier purchases.
  4. Use Cases of Rav’N Disabled and/or old people would be

finally capable of using easier voice/chat related ordering services without the usability gap features that many options / UX choices they do not align with.
  5. Current Technology: Domino’s Voice-Activated Ordering Service Domino's digital order assistant

Dom, which enables customers to direct orders on - the-go via mobile devices, has reached half a million orders since its launch in 2014, indicating that more food brands will consider investing in voice ordering technology.
  6. Domino’s Voice-Activated Ordering Service Despite this, the Nigerian version of

the voice platform on Google Home (P.S We tested it on one :-) didn’t do anything more than just give the closest domino’s to our current location.
  7. Other existing Voice Ordering Systems ➔ Pixel Point. ➔ DOM

( Domino’s Voice-Activated Ordering Service) ➔ LRS Restaurant Server Pager Starter Kit. ➔ Billpro Pocket and Billpro POS for Restaurant. ➔ The Smart Order System In Restaurant (SOSIR). ➔ Alexa Voice Shopping (Amazon Echo).
  8. Current Problem 1. Getting the market closer to people. 2.

Ease of purchase for cumbersome items 3. Fraud and chargebacks 4. Accessibility 5. Introduction of voice controlled ordering systems in Nigeria
  9. Solution We are basically introducing to the Nigerian market a

conversational payment system. Bringing forth an ordering system that allows you to place your orders, make changes to your orders and process payment easily via speech.
  10. Pros Implementation of our solution results in the following ➔

Consumer-led Change It is common knowledge that customers are more likely (or even faster) than most companies to embrace new technology. It is often the case that customers are the early adopters, while companies are trailing in their path. ➔ Frictionless search, Shopping and Customer service This will allow Dominos to know their customers better by collecting data through increasingly sophisticated voice recognition software and developing highly personalized shopping experiences for individual customers. ➔ Increased cash flow and Revenue
  11. Conclusion In conclusion, our solution would be of major asset

to Dominos as it provides opportunities for cost-savings and efficiency-gains.
