50 shades of yellow

50 shades of yellow

How can we expect our designers to create truly empathetic design if they don't feel empathy towards their fellow designers?

I had an idea that by uncovering our similarities, rather than assuming differences, we would create a more united team, and therefore a happier work place, leading to better products, a more delightful user experience, and ultimately making us a more successful company. Easy!

I'll be sharing some of the things we've tried; the good, bad and uncomfortable to bring our Designers together. (I'm also keen to hear what you've tried.)
