Paul Merrel, Rebecca Hendry, Sean Rom & Peta Marks - The one-two punch: Context and co-design

Paul Merrel, Rebecca Hendry, Sean Rom & Peta Marks - The one-two punch: Context and co-design

The Coronavirus disease pandemic has made it easier to research with many people in multiple locations for more inclusive design.

And yet, we've been missing context and the opportunities for designing with people; to truly make lives better.

This presentation is a strong, emotional call to continue to put people at the heart of what we do when technology and circumstance may tempt us to do otherwise.

We'll share learnings from researching in health contexts during the recent COVID-19 pandemic and co-designing with GPs and people with lived experience of eating disorders.

Sean Rom and Peta Marks from the InsideOut Institute join Paul & Bek on this presentation.
