We are proud of our culture at Thick and we put effort into making our agency a place where people are happy to show up to work every morning. A number of the team (including ourselves) work part time or have flexible schedules. Some of us are parents, some of us are studying, some of us choose to take time off once in a while, many of us visit our families outside Australia.
We are going to share our learnings on managing and supporting our team with flexible working, and how it works with our roles, which are akin to a modern day job share. What has worked and what has failed. Trade offs too.
