  1. How to Claim Your Profile on Vivery's Find Food Map

    Your food bank's new Vivery-powered Find Food map has gone live, and now it's time to claim your profile. The good news is, this only takes a few minutes to do. Follow these steps to get started:
  2. 1. Open Your Email: In your inbox, you should see

    an email from Vivery. If you don't see one, make sure you check your spam folder.
  3. 2. Locate and Open the Email: Once you've located the

    email, open it, and look for the button that says Claim Your Profile. Click it.
  4. 3. Start the Sign-Up Process: Click the button to use

    your claim link to start the sign-up process for your Vibery account. 4. Enter Your Information: • Enter your name. • Enter your email address. • Re-enter your email address and make sure that they match. • Create a password. • Re-enter that password and ensure that it matches.
  5. 5. Complete the CAPTCHA: Check the box that says you're

    not a robot and complete the test.
  6. 7. Accept the Terms of Use: Once you've accepted the

    Terms of Use, you'll be asked to confirm the organization that you're being connected to.
  7. 8. Confirm Your Organization: If the name of your organization

    looks correct, click Confirm. If for some reason, this does not look correct, you can choose the incorrect option. You can also contact us at [email protected]. 9. Finish the Claim Process: By clicking Confirm, you'll finish the claim process. Congratulations!
  8. 10. Add More Details to Your Profile: Click Add More

    Details Now to go directly into Vivery to your location profile.
  9. 11. Verify and Enhance Your Profile: Verifying the information that

    the food bank has already entered is the first step. From there, you can enhance your profile with more information that makes it easier for neighbors to find your location and to participate in your programs.
  10. How to Verify Your Profile's Information Verifying your profile's information

    when you first claim your profile is an important step. It ensures that your community has access to accurate information about your location and programs.
  11. 1. Navigate to Your Location Profile: Take a look at

    the information that your food bank team has already entered about your organization, such as your address and phone number.
  12. 2. Edit Information: If any of the information needs to

    be updated, you can edit any section by clicking the pencil icon in the top right-hand corner of that section. This will open a window where you can click into any field and update the information. Once you finish making your updates, ensure that you click Save Changes.
  13. 3. Update Contact Information: Make sure that your contact information

    visible to the public is updated and correct.
  14. 4. Add Location Hours: Ensure that your location hours have

    been added. Some organizations may have multiple programs and can use their location operating hours for their general location hours. If you have program-specific hours, you can enter them on the Programs tab.
  15. 5. Sync Program Hours If your organization has only one

    program, you can enter those hours in the Location Operating Hours and in the Program section. Simply check a box under the Hours section to sync the information from the location hours 6. Verify Program Details Once you've finished verifying the information on your location details, click over to the Programs tab to ensure that your program's details are up-to-date and correct. Check sections like your primary program contact visible to the public and your regular program hours. If your program hours are the same as your location hours, click the pencil icon to check the box indicating that your hours are the same as your location hours.
  16. How to Update Your Hours in Vivery Let's take a

    look at how you can update your hours in Vivery. Follow these steps to ensure your location and program hours are accurately reflected.
  17. Location Operating Hours Once you've accessed your location profile, scroll

    down to the section called Location Operating Hours. Here’s what you need to do: • If your organization has multiple programs, enter your general operating hours here. You will have the opportunity to add program-specific hours on the Programs page. • If your organization has only one program, enter your hours here. On the Programs page, you can check a box to copy this information over to your programs.
  18. 3. To add a new set of hours, choose a

    schedule type. We offer several options, each with a description and example.
  19. 5. Choose your hours from the drop-down or type directly

    into the box. 6. Optionally, add text such as "senior hours" or "office hours". 7. Click Add to Schedule to see your new hours appear on the right-hand side.
  20. Special Location Hours and Closures If you have hours outside

    of your regular recurring hours, such as holidays or scheduled maintenance, follow these steps:
  21. Programs Tab Now that we're done at the location level,

    we can head over to the Programs tab. To add hours to your program:
  22. 1. Scroll down to the Regular Program Hours. 2. Click

    the pencil icon to edit this information. 3. If your program hours are the same as your location hours, check the box to copy this information.
  23. 4. To add hours at the program level, use the

    same process as discussed at the location level. 5. You can also add special program hours and closures. If these are the same as your location, check the box for that as well.
