6. What does the Web System Group do? • Media Team ∋ Web System Group • We’re made up of members of various other teams at PyCon JP • We built the web site and maintain it

10. What is PyCon JP Hack-a-thon? • We met on weekends in the afternoon • We held five hack-a-thons so far • Goal: Continually improve our systems • The more we met, the more fun we had
11. Results • Automated deployments via CircleCI • Documentation • Prioritised tasks and issues • Held a Meat/Meet up afterwards
