a t i o n s An account is a pair of username/password credentials and belongs to an Organization which has the ownership of every data handled by Neosperience Cloud for a given customer. Usually there is a 1:1 match between customer and organization. An organization has one or more applications that are the logical container of data within a specific usage. An application is handled by clients to shape themselves, so one single application of Neosperience is built into different channels (Android, iOS, web, etc.) Overview of Neosperience Cloud Console

c a t i o n A new concept for loyalty Neosperience Cloud implements a new concept of loyalty, the so called Next Generation Loyalty that can leverage gaming mechanics to nudge behaviour relevant to a brand campaign. Thanks to Neosperience Cloud, a brand can build its own Loyalty Program, or Program for short. Each program is composed of one or many set of: - Mission - Action - Reward - Badge Overview of Neosperience Cloud Console

c a t i o n From Missions to Badges Every Program has one or more Mission which represent the objectives within a “game”. Every Mission is made of one or more Action. Whenever an user accomplishes all the actions of a mission, it is marked as completed. Mission completion can trigger actions rewarding an user. A Reward is granted to an user completing a mission or obtaining a Badge. Badges are similar to missions, with the solely difference that they represent player status (so have some media attached to them) and can only be obtained once. Overview of Neosperience Cloud Console
