  1. What is zeroIP? • zeroIP allows you to broadcast crypto

transactions without having to reveal your IP address. • It works by securely routing transactions through an anonymous using the sphinx encrypted packet formats. • zeroIP is inherently a proxy service for anonymously broad casting crypto transactions.
  2. The problem • When a crypto transaction is sent over

the open internet, users simultaneously leak their IP addresses. • This makes it possible to decode metadata such as physical location, ISP, timezone etc for both the sender, recipients, miners & node operators. • With use of privacy currencies like Zcash, Monero, Grin or tumblers, the problem still persists. Since users are tracked using their internet packet’s metadata instead of reading the details.
  3. Solution • zeroIP is an api interface that allows cryptocurrency

transactions to be sent to miners without leaking IP addresses. • It achieves this by proxing transactions through the Nym Anonymity Mixnet. The Nym mixnet propagates data packets in a provably secure cryptographic format called Sphinx. The Sphinx format encrypts packet size/length, packet origin & packet destination. • This allows node operators, miners & wallet users to securely propagate transactions amongst each other without revealing metadata like physical location, timezone etc. zeroIP inherently acts as a proxy server or VPN service for crypto payments.
  4. Usage • The first way is by allowing wallet users

to explicitly broadcast transactions through an API provided by zeroIP. • Users running their own custom Mixnode (ensures total anonymity) • The second way is by hosting an simple web interface where users can broadcast transactions by pasting the transaction payload in to a form
