Currently, the only way for traditional taxis to survive is to join a taxi fleet. This is not due to a government policy, and UberX has subverted this unwritten rule. I think it is quite awesome!
77. � Reflections I think that we live in an technological era. Infrastructures & regulations shall progress along with the modern development. Drivers should be reviewed to protect and ensure the interests of both riders and drivers. Safety is the number one priority.
78. � Expectations The government should leverage this opportunity to challenge the taxi industry to improve their management & quality control system, so that drivers & riders would enjoy the same quality service as Uber. I think every effort should be made to shut down UberX’s unlawful activity. There is no need to ask the people to express an opinion.
