I want to “Join the party” so I swipe down. First of all, I swiped, so a swipe up animation would be more natural. The tips are great and useful. Then I click got it, and I’m ready to join.
But I’m back to the same screen… what? Account buttons are hard to spot. They should be more obvious buttons. I’m ready to create an account, so I’ll click on New Account.
though! White on blue is not very easy to read. Not a fan of the exploding next animation. Also my iPhone is big. Why are you putting the next button so high up? I think that a ‘confirm my phone’ button at the bottom would be clearer and way easier on my hands.

And I don’t even know how many there are. A bigger “Follow all 50” button would be better. Use of space is very inefficient here. Why do you need so much white space around the tiles?

Ideally, you’d have people I’d recognize here. If that’s not possible, then you could do some things better: 1. show me some social proof. If I know that 5000 people already follow one person, he’s probably pretty funny. 2. Or maybe show me the top 10 most followed accounts? 3. OR do a better job of showcasing content so that I can start linking these random people.

Instead of the “tap to see inside”, it might make more sense to show the images as a deck of cards or something. Less intrusive than the big red button, and it’s a constant reminder that I can dive in that is always there.

What’s with all that spacing on the left? It’s also really unusual for the menu bar at the bottom to be hidden away on some pages. It should always be there, that’s standard behavior for iOS.
