5. http://launchdfw.com 2.0 A non-profit that is the online home for the DFW tech community & a driving force in supporting and promoting entrepreneurship in North Texas
6. http://launchdfw.com Phase 1 - LaunchDFW.com Create an online hub consisting of: • Community News • Directory of Companies • Directory of People • Directory of Resources • Community Job Board • Community Events Calendar Created by the community, for the community and moderated by the community.
7. http://launchdfw.com Phase 2 - Events & Education There is a need for a metroplex-wide organization with a community-driven agenda to host events, workshops and seminars on entrepreneurship, startups and investing. LaunchDFW will be that organization. Examples: Pitch Camps/Practice, Tech Angel Investing Seminars, Developer Workshops, Tech/Startup Conferences, Demo Days, Happy Hours, Networking Events
