How to Create Spot Color Pics Using Just PowerPoint

Learn how to create gorgeous "spot" color pictures using only the tools available in PowerPoint 2007/2010.

  1.  Add a picture to your slide using the Insert

    <ClipArt> or <Picture> commands from the Ribbon menu.
  2.  Right click on the picture and make a Copy

    of it, and Paste it on the same slide.
  3.  Click on Picture 1.  From the Format menu,

    go to the Color command and choose 0% Saturation at the top left.
  4.  Click on Picture 2.  From the Format menu,

    go to the Remove Background menu and choose the area you want to remove and click the Keep Changes button.
  5.  Drag Picture 2 with the Background removed over the

    Picture 1 with 0% Saturation and you have a spot color pic!
