Fix and improve Gtranslator • Benefits: get a powerful and complete translation tool for GNOME translators • Requirements: C/GTK+, some gettext knowlegde and Python (optional, for plugins) • Note: there are several bugs that need some attention, and a plugin in Python which needs some time to get finished. In general, the app needs some bug-review and polish some details. Recruiting a new maintainer would be wonderful.

15. Ventajas • Resolver bugs graves que necesitan una reimplementación. • Escribir la nueva aplicación en un lenguaje más amigable. • Mejorar la documentación.
16. Vala • Sintaxis muy similar a Java. • Integración con GTK+ simple utilizando templates. • Misma potencia que C/GObject. • Creación de bindings de bibliotecas en C sencilla.
