在敏捷團隊 (Agile team) 生活 2 年多的凍仁，在高雄敏捷之旅 2019 (#AgileTourKaohsiung) 的閃電秀中，分享些工作上的小技巧。

1. 從每月 (Monthly) 和每日 (Daily) 的角度規劃工作項目。
2. 幫每日待辦事項標上高、中、低的優先序 (High、Medium、Low)。
3. 在站立會議 (Stand-up meeting) 上，管理各個環境的變更工作。
4. 使用工作分解結構 (WBS) 拆分大專案。
