Community Mentorship Ecosystem

In this talk, I will discuss how the tech community is a mentorship ecosystem that provides its members with opportunities to grow and build upon their skills. I will also discuss how big tech companies are using community programs to mentor and grow the potential of their participants and members.

How the tech communities provide a mentorship model for their members to grow and build upon their skills through a 'communal mentorship' model.

I will focus on two case studies: GitHub's Campus Expert program and Postman's Community Advocate program. These programs are designed to help students and early-career professionals develop their technical skills and build their networks.

I hope that this talk will inspire you to get involved in the tech community and take advantage of the mentorship opportunities that are available.
