2. Faith Hebrews11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. NKJ Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality— faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses]. AMP
3. faith activated V 23 He pleaded earnestly with him, “My little daughter is dying. Please come and put your hands on her so that she will be healed and live.”
4. faith tested God’s delays are not always His denials V 36 “Overhearing what they said, Jesus told him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.”
5. FAITH is the confidence that God is able to keep His promises FAITH is the conviction that God will fulfil His unseen promises FAITH brings into reality the things we hope for FEAR brings into reality the things we dread
6. James 1 : 2-4 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
7. faith rewarded V 41, 42 “He took her by the hand and said to her, “Talitha koum!” (which means “Little girl, I say to you, get up!”). Immediately the girl stood up and began to walk around (she was twelve years old). At this they were completely astonished”
