  6. Data Office/Team Focus 1. Data offices/teams are not to focused

    on analyzing data for relationships, causations, and effects other than data quality. 2. Effects and relationships are to be performed by other program offices, organizations, and businesses for their own unique scenarios and needs.
  7. Completeness Completeness - independent utility Completeness means that when we

    publish a set of data, a set of metadata including collection methods, performing organizations, dates and other relevant information is also published.

    that support user intuition and expectation on data format, organization, and sequencing by considering two drastic different audiences in terms of technical expertise and familiarity on the subject: 1: professional and power users 2: all the rest
  11. Timeliness 1. For scheduled publication and release, mobilize all resources

    to maintain the schedule. 2. For all others, release the data at the earliest opportunity possible. 3. Overall, we remind ourselves that decision makings will not wait for data.
  12. Supporting Multiple Options and Formats Provide data in formats supporting

    not only the most common software packages but also open source packages.
