【講演概要】
本講演では，ろう・難聴者と聴者のコミュニケーションを豊かにする『See-Through Captions』というシステムの開発プロジェクトを中心に，耳が聞こえない当事者と一緒にアクセシビリティツールを作る際のデザインプロセスについて，実際の取り組みの話を交えながら，開発において何を大事にしていたのか・結果として何が大切だったのか，を整理し，今後同様の課題解決の場面において役立つようなデザイン原則や行動原理について発表します。
