Engage users by building empathy

Sometimes we are so focused on building a perfect product that we overlook and miss the emotional aspect.
We need to engage users by establishing a relationship of trust, making the users to feel welcomed and comfortable when using our products.
We are not building systems but instead platforms to communicate with our users and to make their lives easier.
