    Variables whose values come in meaningful (not arbitrary) numbers: ◆  Discrete - variables that assume values only from a list of specific numbers. ◆  E.g. in Homes file, the number of cars that can fit in garage (either 1 or 2).

    ◆  Continuous - variables that assume values from within a continuous range of possible values ◆  E.g. in Homes file, the age of homes
