2. What does an Information Architect do all day?
3. 1. Understand Information - Fully absorbing the content you are working on. - organizational research & competitive research
4. 2. Understand Users - Learning about the humans who interact with your organization. - User research (surveys, one on one interviews, ethnographic studies, analytics and other quantitate data.)
5. 3. Share - Share what you’ve learned about the organization and it’s users. - Think outside of the digital product.
6. 4. Organize - What are all the pieces? How do they relate?
