    learn more about what they are looking for, find better recommendations and resources before hiring and use video to communicate with freelancers. There’s a recurring difficulty by small businesses to hire and manage freelancers for digital projects (designers, developers, etc).

Communication is the core problem. The research confirms the same scenario

  4. Home page Omni search front and center: Results with autocomplete

    and avatar, when available. Video that explains how the platform works - It shows how people use it, good screenshots and a user journey/story. “Post a job” and “Find a Job” buttons for employers. Search is the main interface element. Browsing area with some of the top categories. Interface: Simple and clean. Background image creates a look and feel for a “good experience”
  5. Search result page Educational videos at the top. Related to

    the search. Curated by the platform and by other clients Breadcrumbs at the top indicate where the user is. Listings with some relevant information: Name, Title and Description. “More info” button and name takes the user to the full profile. Left sidebar: Filters area. Main filters include Categories, Location and Rates
  6. Profile page Main information at the top with a possibility

    to add a cover image. “Start video” button at the top to indicate that video is an important feature. Portfolio area that can display some feature works and more with side arrows. Reviews area is split in two main sections: Client reviews and Professional reviews. Professional reviews are specific from other freelance users in the platform and can also come from social networks (friends recommendations)
  7. Project page Main information at the top with a possibility

    to add a cover image. “Start video” button at the top to indicate that video is an important feature. “To do lists” and “manage people” sections show latest updates and deadlines “Shared files” area display recent added files to the project. Visual similarity and consistency with the profile page. Simple and clean visual design.
  8. Business Model Subscription model for freelancers based on amount of

    projects Any freelancer can produce videos and publish them for free. Clients review and curate the quality Platform gets a cut after a successful project (payment management) Paid video meetings (Google Helpouts)
