    Programme (draft) Required by section 53 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 It addresses the impacts identified for Scotland in the UK Climate Change Risk Assessment, up until 2100. It sets out Scottish Ministers objectives in relation to adapting to climate change, their proposals and policies for meeting those objectives, and the period within with these policies and proposals will be introduced. AIM: ‘To increase the resilience of Scotland’s people, environment and economy to the impact of a changing climate’.
