What it does? Who uses the product? 2) What is the problem your product is trying to solve? 3) Who is using the product currently and who would we like to use the product? 4) If there we're no problems at all, if everything was solved, if everything was on track, on schedule - what would the product look like in 2 years time?
  13. E X P E R T I N T E

Decider then talks about the problem he/she is trying to solve 2) Each person will be given a sharpie and post-it 3) Write HMW on the top left and write your notes in a form of a question 4) After 20 mins, everyone get out of your seats - take your HMWs and post it on the screen 5) Each mentor organizes the HMWs into categories (its a trick to let people read the other HMW) ex: Onboarding, Delivery, ect. 6) Each person gets 2 voting dots, decider gets 4 dots. 10 mins to vote 7) Create a voting tree
  20. L O N G T E R M G O

A L 1) Each is given a sharpie and post its. On the top left, we write - In 2 years time...
 Everyone has 5 minutes to write down what they think the goal should be. A C T I V I T Y 2

Congrats!
  25. S P R I N T Q U E S

T I O N S 1) Time to write sprint questions, starting with “Can We…" A C T I V I T Y 2 Now it's time to be super pessimistic and ask the team to think about all the things that could go wrong. • What could stop us from getting there? • What are the things that could be really be huge hurdles or challenges that would really prevent us from reaching this goal?
  26. S P R I N T Q U E S

    T I O N S 2) Then we stand up, put the post-its on the wall while reading them aloud. A C T I V I T Y 2
  27. S P R I N T Q U E S

    T I O N S 3) Give everyone 3 dots to vote, so they can pick which top 3 questions we should focus on a the challenge. A C T I V I T Y 2

  37. M A P 7) Select a focal point based on

    where the HMWs are clustered by encircling the area. A C T I V I T Y 3
  38. It doesn't mean we're ignoring the other parts, this just

means we'll be using this a focal point when coming up with concepts later. We might be prototyping the other parts, but this is where we focus our energy.
  39. M A P 45 MINS 1) Write the top-level placeholder

guide: Discovery, Learning, Using & Goal 2) Write actors on the left side and the endpoint on the right side a. 46. Take a clipboard, look around collect and copy some ideas/features

    on the wall. There's no real format here, it's simply just taking notes - lol. It's not about creating new ideas, its copying ideas on the wall. A C T I V I T Y 2 F O U R - PA R T S K E T C H I N G Notes
  47. Notes - There’s no real format on this - just

take notes in any written way you want
  48. Look at the ideas you have on your notes. You

don't need to choose a specific idea, but rather sketch these ideas you collected into something for tangible.

 Doesn't need to be fancy or perfect. Just look at your notes, and start sketching. A C T I V I T Y 2 F O U R - PA R T S K E T C H I N G Ideas
  49. 1) Get a piece of paper and fold into 8

  50. 1) You create a 3-step solution using three A4 papers

sticked together. Has to be very detailed and self explanatory. Ugly is okay - this is not a drawing competition. It has at least understandable and words are important.
