I met with some friends for lunch. 5 ASSIMILATION In Spanish, we use the verb “comer” (to eat) to talk about lunch, we don’t use it for dinner nor breakfast. For us, “lunch time” is “la hora de comer”, and “dinner time” is “la hora de cenar”. ONE minute Spanish

In Spanish, we almost always put the name first, and the adjective after. “Restaurante italiano”, “mesa grande”, … When we talk about “tables available”, in Spanish we can say “mesas libres” (“tables free”).

I always try to go at least once per month to an Italian restaurant. I love pasta, especially Alfredo pasta with gorgonzola sachetti. Mmmmmm…! The salads are spectacular, and the pizzas ... ohhhh, the pizzas! It makes my mouth water as soon as I think about them, especially the barbecue chicken one. It is simply delicious! When you come to Madrid, you have to go to an Italian restaurant. You won't be disappointed!
