2. 1. Sign up at ankiweb.net 2. Download and install Anki for PC from http://ankisrs.net/ 3. Download "deck" referenced by link below these slides.
3. 4. Open Anki 5. Click Import File and select deck file you downloaded earlier. Example: "Integrated_Chinese_Level_1_Part_1_L1D2V.apkg" 6. Click Tools => Maintenance => Full Sync if prompted for account information, enter "AnkiWeb ID" and Password; click OK. 7. Click "Yes" too accept. 8. Click "Upload to AnkiWeb”
4. 9. From your smart phone or tablet, download Anki. 10. Launch Anki on your mobile device 11. Select Sync and choose Download 12. Open L1_D2_V deck 13. Click "Start Reviewing"
5. 14. On an Android phone, click the "settings" button 15. Select "Show Whiteboard" 16. Study the deck a. when prompted with pin1yin1, write the han4 zi4 in any white space b. when done, click show answer c. compare result to your response d. to practice writing the han4 zi4 before proceeding, click "settings" button and select "Clear Whiteboard". e. mark your response as "again", "good', or "easy"
