Technical team coaching

Als consultant zie je soms zaken die beter kunnen lopen. Als goede consultant wil je daar soms ook effectief iets aan doen.
In deze sessie duiken we in de wondere wereld van technical coaching van agile teams.

We kijken eerst naar de bredere context van complexe systemen, organisaties en agile teams en hoe je in die context naar "verandering" kan kijken.
Vervolgens bespreken we wat de term "technical coaching" kan betekenen: Wat doet een coach precies? Hoe positioneer je coaches in een organisatie? Hoe kies je als coach je volgende "battle"? Wat zijn typische coaching valkuilen waar je voor moet opletten? Welke skills moet een coach meester worden?
Het grootste deel van de talk belichten we praktische tips, tricks en tools die je als consultant kan gebruiken om jouw teams naar hogere niveaus te tillen, met maximale kans op slagen. Om je een idee te geven van welke richting we uitgaan, enkele zaken die we aanhalen zijn: FINE experiments, improvement kata, PRs, guerilla pair programming,...
