Service Experience Camp 2013

What if interfaces to government were simple, beautiful, and easy to use? What if the brightest minds and innovators from the fields design, software- and product development worked together with government institutions to create apps, tools and services?
These are some of the questions and visions I am currently focusing on in my work at the Open Knowledge Foundation Germany. In my talk I want to share my ideas on how to bring them alive and give examples of beautiful service design in collaboration with government institutions and citizens that lend their hands, not only their voices.
