SCRUM adapted to micro-teams: The Liquid Concept's way

According to SwissQ-trend’s recent study, AGILE methodology is used for around half of the development projects in Switzerland.
Too often, the use of SCRUM or KANBAN is wrongly associated to large corporations, but these can definitely be useful to small teams as well.
Lean approach, role definitions, stand-up meetings, planning reviews – Julien Henzelin, CEO & Founder at Liquid Concept will share his experience in switching the way small teams work, from traditional cascade workflows to agile methods.
