  9. PROFESSIONAL COURSES Courses like medicine and law are best done

    from one's home country. Engineering, however, is highly recommended!
  10. BRAIN DRAIN We believe our best and brightest contribute best

    to the country when they maximize their potential, wherever they might be.
  11. COSTS Applying can be very costly: from Standardized testing, to

    Application fees; however, we know a few tricks to lower costs.
  12. ADMISSION IS NOT GUARANTEED Probably the biggest deal breaker: but

    you can always try again, and if you can make it to the US, you probably have gov't sponsorship in UG.
  13. HOMOSEXUALITY Not as big a problem as the propaganda spread

    in Uganda will have you believe. You'll need to learn to be tolerant towards people different from you.
  14. RACISM Also not as bad as the media will have

    you believe. College campuses are very inclusive.
