    they? – We have multiple stakeholders who are very different at U of T • Where are they? – Is the video going to exist exclusively online? – Place in the paths of your target viewer • Include all – Be sure to consider accessibility #1 – Know your audience.

    your key message, “sound bite”, or call-to-action? • What tone/voice will you use to communicate that message? #2 – Have a clear focus.
