The path to social collaboration is full of opportunities as well as challenges. This change journey requires ambition and courage from the leaders who need the full commitment of their change agents towards success. In this session, the speaker, Julie Guegan will share her insights and main learnings following her experience as social collaboration catalyst for the European Commission. Passionate about collaboration and empowerment in general, she will provide her main factors for a great social collaboration journey – The conditions which enable intrapreneurship, open communication and trust – The competency framework to allow anyone to joinee – The attitudes that will metamorphose the change process. Julie has always been keen to make everyone go for it ! In this constantly changing world, organisations need to increase the followership around a shared ambitious purpose and social collaboration is instrumental to get there.
