 過去はずっと、部門ごとのエントリー
 でも、そうじゃない。
 EdgeかつLegacyなエンジニアリングだってあ る。
 EdgeなやらかしもLegacyなやらかしもある（ほん とうに？）


  3. でも賞（Award）はあるよ
 No Department, Yes Award
 毎回変わるから楽しいので、こんな感じにして みました。


  4. エントリー
 • 複数でエントリー可
 • 1人が複数エントリーするのも可
 • ただし、部門の指定は無し
 


  5. 投票（投票者全員が各賞の票を持つ）


  6. 投票（同じエントリーに別の賞の票は入れられない）
