to get clarity on which offerings are making you money and which you need to change or eliminate. Keep it simple! Group similar offerings together and round your numbers. This is not an all day math exercise, you just want a quick snapshot of your income. Use whatever time frame you like, or try filling out the sheet with different time frames: past month, past 6 months, past year. The offering revenue is your total revenue for that time period for each individual offering. In the example below we had 5 clients buying 10 hours each at $100 per hour, every month for the past 6 months. 10 hours x $100 per hour = $1,000 x 5 clients = $5,000 x 6 months = $30,000. To get your percentage of total revenue, divide one offering’s revenue by your entire sum revenue. In the example below we take $30,000 (coaching revenue) and divide by $32,000 (total revenue for 6 months) to get .9375, 93.75% which we rounded to 94%. A sample sheet is included, with a full empty sheet for you fill in. 17
