  7. When a person reacts in fear, anxiety, worry, or stress,

    the body secretes chemicals that shut down the part of the brain ….
  8. ….That finds solutions to problems, as well as preparing the

    body to die rather than helping it to live.
  9. Whether a person feels joy or sorrow, every cell in

    the body responds to those emotions.
  10. It can open a door for the enemy to take

    a stronghold that can cause many physical, emotional, and spiritual problems.

    claim to be believers, Instead they are living in fear and worry.

    on time or another- fear of rejection, misunderstanding, uncertainty, sickness, or even death.
  17. If you want to dispel the darkness of worry and

    fear, let’s remember David who’s greatest desire is to spend time with God.

    dearly. We need to listen to God for comfort and direction in our lives.

    spiritual strength and growth which will ensure the believer to overcome worry and fear.

    but when we fix our thoughts on God, we can know perfect peace even in turmoil.

    isn’t answering our prayers or doesn’t understand the urgency to our situation.

    God may be trying to teach you in them.

    our fears for faith in Him, no matter how intense our fears and worries.

    conscious fixing or focusing of our mind’s attention and our heart’s affection on God.

    and connecting with Him in order to have those same values permeate your own heart.

    that gives you 60,000 opportunities to learn to trust Him more!
