The BEGINNING of worry and anxiety is the END of
faith worry and anxiety
But the BEGINNING of faith is the end of worry
& anxiety BEGINNING of faith
The world gives a lot of reasons to justify living
in tormenting fear and worry.
The world gives a lot of reasons to justify living
in tormenting fear and worry.
The unknown ahead of us, and uncertainty of the future,
can be intimidating.
The ongoing international pandemic has caused worry, anxiety, and fear
to run rampant across the world,
Affecting everyone, the likes of which we have never seen
in our lifetime.

The mind affects the body, but the body also affects
the mind.
None
When a person reacts in fear, anxiety, worry, or stress,
the body secretes chemicals that shut down the part of the brain ….
….That finds solutions to problems, as well as preparing the
body to die rather than helping it to live.
None
Whether a person feels joy or sorrow, every cell in
the body responds to those emotions.
Information about what is going on around a person enters
the body through the senses.
None
Fear can consume a person’s thoughts and keep them from
getting anything done.
It brings confusion and can lead them into sin.
None
It can cause them to hide, keeping them from interacting
and loving others.
It can also keep them away from having intimacy with
God and serving Him.
None
It can open a door for the enemy to take
a stronghold that can cause many physical, emotional, and spiritual problems.
HOW TO MAINTAIN A LIFE FREE OF Worry

4 “Here’s the one thing I crave from God, the
one thing I seek above all else:” PSALMS 27:4 TPT
4 “I want the privilege of living with Him every
moment in his house, finding the sweet loveliness of His face, PSALMS 27:4 TPT
4 “Filled with awe, delighting in His glory and grace.”
PSALMS 27:4 TPT
4 “I want to live my life so close to
Him that He takes pleasure in my every prayer.” PSALMS 27:4 TPT
David’s greatest desire was to live in GOD’S PRESENCE each
day of his life.
Sadly, this is not the greatest desire of many who
claim to be believers, Instead they are living in fear and worry.
Sadly, this is not the greatest desire of many who
claim to be believers, Instead they are living in fear and worry.
Everyone has been a prisoner of fear and worry at
on time or another- fear of rejection, misunderstanding, uncertainty, sickness, or even death.
But we can CONQUER worry and fear by TRUSTING IN
THE LORD
If you want to dispel the darkness of worry and
fear, let’s remember David who’s greatest desire is to spend time with God.
35 “The next morning, Jesus got up long before daylight,
left the house while it was dark," MARK 1:35 TPT
35 “And made His way to a secluded place to
give Himself to prayer.” MARK 1:35 TPT
During this daily quiet time, the Lord Jesus habitually remove
Himself from ever-increasing demand of ministry and spend time in intimate communion with His Father.

STARTING THE DAY WITH GOD allows us to connect with
our Creator
Who knows the details about us and loved us so
dearly. We need to listen to God for comfort and direction in our lives.
When we MAKE FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD A PRIORITY, all other
things will fall into place
During this daily quiet time, the Lord Jesus habitually remove
Himself from ever-increasing demand of ministry and spend time in intimate communion with His Father.
A consistent personal devotion and prayer is a path to
spiritual strength and growth which will ensure the believer to overcome worry and fear.

3 “You will keep Him in perfect peace, Whose mind
is stayed on You, Because He trusts in You.” ISAIAH 26:3 NKJV

is stayed on You, Because He trusts in You.” ISAIAH 26:3 NKJV
We can never avoid avoid worry and fear around us,
but when we fix our thoughts on God, we can know perfect peace even in turmoil.
As we focus on God and His Word, we become
steady & stable
Supported by God’s unchanging love and mighty power, we are
not shaken by surrounding chaos.
14 “Here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Don’t give
up; don’t be impatient; be entwined as one with the Lord.” PSALMS 27:14 TPT
14 “Be brave and courageous, and never lose hope. Yes,
keep on waiting—for He will never disappoint you!” PSALMS 27:14 TPT
David knew from experience what it meant to wait for
the Lord.
David had to wait on God for the fulfillment of
His promises to reign.
Waiting on God is not easy, it seems that He
isn’t answering our prayers or doesn’t understand the urgency to our situation.
Waiting on God is not easy, it seems that He

That kind of thinking implies that God is not in
control or is not fair.
That kind of thinking implies that God is not in
control or is not fair.
But God is worth waiting for
Because often He uses times of waiting to refresh, renew,
and teach us.
He uses TIMES OF WAITING to refresh, renew, & teach
us
He uses TIMES OF WAITING to refresh, renew, & teach
us
Make good use of your waiting times by discovering what
God may be trying to teach you in them.
1 “He who dwells in the secret place of the
Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” PSALMS 91:1 NKJV
God is a SHELTER, a refuge when we are afraid.
This should be the picture of our trust, trading all
our fears for faith in Him, no matter how intense our fears and worries.
The writer’s faith in God as a protector would carry
him through all the dangers and fears in life.
This should be the picture of our trust, trading all
our fears for faith in Him, no matter how intense our fears and worries.
By entrusting ourselves to His protection and pledging our daily
devotion to Him, we will be kept safe.

13 “Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me
and require Me [as a vital necessity]” JEREMIAH 29:13 AMP
13 “And [you will] find Me when you search for
Me with all your heart.” JEREMIAH 29:13 AMP
Seeking the Lord means seeking His presence, it is the
conscious fixing or focusing of our mind’s attention and our heart’s affection on God.
Seeking the Lord means seeking His presence, it is the
conscious fixing or focusing of our mind’s attention and our heart’s affection on God.
Seeking is a constant duty, it is the business of
the whole life.
To SEEK GOD is to solicit His direction,
To petition His favors, and to depend upon Him as
our help and portion.
To SEEK GOD is to solicit His direction,
To seek the Lord is to secure for life and
for eternity the divine favor
1 “I long to drink of you, O God, drinking
deeply from the streams of pleasure flowing from your presence.” PSALMS 42:1 TPT
1 “My longings overwhelm me for more of you!” PSALMS
42:1 TPT
As the life of a deer depends upon water, So
our lives depend upon God.
Diligent searching entails a sense of our wants, no man
seeks what he has already.
Diligent searching entails a sense of our wants, no man
seeks what he has already.
It is a strong desire to find what we want
restlessly.
A Seeking spirit is a careful spirit, searching after light
& counsel,
But a LAZY SPIRIT is unfit to seek
5 “If you would [diligently] seek God And implore the
compassion and favor of the Almighty,” JOB 8:5 AMP
6 “Then, if you are pure and upright, Surely now
He will awaken for you And restore your righteous place.” JOB 8:6 AMP
You seek diligently to discover what He loves and values,
and connecting with Him in order to have those same values permeate your own heart.
It's about knowingthe HEART OF GOD
Identifying with Him and carrying out His purposes.
It takes a lot of time and effort to seek
Him, and He will respond to you and come upon your life in power so that you may fulfill your purpose and destiny.

4 “Seek and deeply long for the LORD and His
strength [His power, His might]; PSALMS 105:4 AMP

presence continually.” PSALMS 105:4 AMP
GOD Himself is our GREATEST REWARD,
And when WE HAVE HIM, WE HAVE EVERYTHING

10 “So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.” ISAIAH 41:10 NIV
10 “I will strengthen you and help you; I will
uphold you with my righteous right hand.” ISAIAH 41:10 NIV
Remember, the average person thinks 60,000 thoughts a day, so
that gives you 60,000 opportunities to learn to trust Him more!
3 “God will keep you “in perfect peace” when you
keep your mind focused on Him.” ISAIAH 26:3 ESV
The proof of God’s presence is PEACE permeating all problems
DON’T LET worry and fear be your taskmasters
It is God’s love that energizes the entire immune system
and drives out fear and worry
