And one of the things that makes developing new habits hard for us is that, you know, you always hear this thing my like, oh, 21 days is sort of habit, it actually doesn't take that long, it actually takes much longer than that for neurotypical brains to learn habit and takes us even longer. Patricia Sung 00:26 So we really want to push ourselves to try that commitment for as least two months, if not three months, that we try it out, we adjusted, we, you know, we're we talked about putting on like our scientist hat or put our lab coat and we're going to try it, we're going to adjust it when we find things aren't working, and we're slowly adjusting to find the right thing. If we scrap it and start new every time, we never make any progress. So that's why I'm asking you to stick with me for two to three months as we settle this in. And we'll we'll make adjustments as we go. And we will get there. But we do. Instead of always reinventing the wheel, we want to adjust what we have so that we're not spending so much time on the planning fees and more time on the actual implementation phase and the adjustment phase, so that we're using our resources wisely.
