22. In fact, we can terminate our VENDOR PRODUCT subscription at any time with 10 days' notice. In accordance with Section 5.2 of our contract, INSTITUTION hereby terminates the VENDOR PRODUCT subscription that is defined in the attached agreement, effective immediately, with the understanding that the contract shall be fully terminated within ten days (inclusive of holidays and weekends) or by December 30, 2014, and that the subscriber will not be billed for January 2015. For your convenience, I have attached the agreement that VENDOR EMPLOYEE forwarded to me. Thank you. 5.2 You or VENDOR may terminate this Subscription Agreement at any time in accordance with this Section 5.2. The effective date of termination shall 10 days after the receipt of written notice of termination, unless a later date is specified in the notice. Cancellation
