  1. Why is a social media audit important? A social media

    audit is the process of reviewing what’s working, what’s failing and what can be improved upon across all social media channels. This includes looking at the total ROI for past strategies. Completing this audit will help me in forming the full digital and social strategy for all future activities. Month 1 Social Media Audit Goal: To confirm the current status of all social platforms and create campaign goals for each presented strategy.
  2. 60% Within the first 30 days I would initially complete

    the following: vConduct a full social media audit vBenchmark current social positions vImplement key improvements opportunities vDevelop content plans and styles to deliver consistent ongoing communication vSet campaign goals for each suggested digital strategy to assist in measuring success of brands struggle to measure social ROI
  3. Why allocate time to content creation and content marketing? Within

    the first 60 days I would focus on creating original and unique digital and social media content that focuses on answering our target markets questions about the HotelierCo brand. I truly believe that digital and social content should act as a magnet, attracting the target audience. By allocating time within the first 60 days to creating interesting, entertaining and/or valuable content, HotelierCo will begin attracting potential leads and positioning itself as an industry leader. Every piece of content I create will have a purpose. Content marketing is the ability to create value for the viewer and potential consumer therefore, all information within curated content will provide valuable information in an unconventional way. Goal: Curate content that is informative and has the potential to generate a viral marketing for the brand. Content Creation & Content Marketing Month 2
  4. Plan 1 Create a storyboard for each promotional piece and

    present the concepts to management for approval and review. Produce 2 Produce and create the following items: • Promotional Online Videos(3) • Infographic Image (1) • Social Media Motion Flyer (2) • Infomercial Social Media Motion Ad (1) • Digital Flyers (2) • Property Photos (30) Publish 3 Schedule and plan all roll out strategies for curated content by utilizng third party scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Sprinkler. Promote 4 Create a social media advertisement strategy for all three promotional videos that would run over the course of the next 90 days. The goals I will keep in mind when creating the plan will include increasing traffic, visibility, engagement, social follows, and lead generation. Content Creation Model
  5. Why SEO? Without SEO, your content will not be visible

    to people looking for your products and services. In addition, Pay-Per-Click campaigns are a way to pay for visits to the HotelierCo website to compliment the organic visits you are already experiencing. The most common types of PPC advertising are through search engines, such as Google AdWords and Bing Ads and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Focusing on SEO and a Pay Per Click campaign within the 4 month period will assist in expanding the online presence of HotelierCo and ensuring high visibility for all online users and visitors.
  6. Why Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnership? Influencer marketing includes identifying

    key individuals that resonate with your target audiences, marketing your brand to those influencers, activating those influencers to spread your brand’s message through their own networks, and finally, turning those influencers into loyal brand advocates.. Month five will be vital month to focus on connecting with these top industry influencers to create what I like to call brand partnerships as these individuals are indeed a brand all on their own. Influencer marketing is effective because it: • Builds Consumer Trust • Circumvents Ad Blockers • Meets Marketing Goals Effectively and Affordably • Targets Audiences Accurately • Boosts SEO Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships Goal: To strategically leverage the power of a given individual's influence in order reach out to a new, different audience in a organic manner.   7. Why email marketing? Email marketing is a powerful tool to

    encourage your audience to engage with content and to nurture leads in your database along the consumers daily journey. No matter what age group we are targeting or where they are located, email remains a great way to reach your audience. Email Marketing Goal: To easily initiate interest and engage by reaching consumers on a platform they utilize daily. Month 6
