4. Integrated cam external cam
5. External webcam; many for less than $20
6. Elevate the camera so that it is eye level or slightly above.
7. • My ipad is held in a picture easel • My Amazon Fire notepad is standing, using its case. • Notice the view of my ceiling!
8. Place a light behind the camera. Avoid only ceiling light or bright window light behind you.

14. Let’s waLk through setting up a zoom call.
15. www.zoom.us • Arrange for a Zoom account for host. • Participants need to pre-load Zoom app. • Enter your email and Zoom password. • Click Sign In.
16. • Those already scheduled are on left. • Click Schedule a Meeting.
20. • Start video • At any time, if you wildly click and get off your screen, click on the Zoom icon. (Tip from my grandson!) • Click End when meeting is finished.

29. • Be there early because some members will want to log in early. • Ease their anxiety. • It’s fine for them to chat, try out tools, and get comfortable.
30. • Now start the meeting. Ask all to mute. • Pledge of Allegiance, but they stay on mute. Your mic is live. • Due to different platforms, the sound may not be totally synced, and group singing and recitation really aren’t recommended. • An option is to play a YouTube video of the Pledge of Allegiance.
31. • What if we need to vote? • Get a motion on the floor. • Designate a routine. Do they raise a hand? Do they use the reaction button or chat to show that they want to speak? • All mute except for person recognized to speak. • Don’t forget those on audio only. Allow them to speak up. • Specify how to vote. Yea or Nay can work.
32. Without the draw of a meal, the program better be special!

34. Hover your mouse at bottom to select end. Click on End meeting for all.
