    – first time ever, critical success factor, learnt from mistakes • Built an integrated High Performance Development System to meet the All Blacks needs and benefit other layers of the game • System had to connect and align 26 organisations (14 PU, 5 SR, 7 NT) • 2011 RWC final and 2011 U20 World Cup final were great examples of success through tactical, mental and leadership application ** • Integration between All Blacks and Super Rugby Teams in 2010-2011 was critical for 2011 RWC success • Integration from Under 17 to All Blacks in 2007-2011 was critical for 2015 and 2019 RWC’s ***

    will tell you what you need to know about the guy you are on. • A defender that stays on his feet • Don’t commit to the tackle too soon – Timing, Near hand • Marking tight and in your face constantly • Talking to your opponent • Fast player and good reader of the game • Strong upper body • Aware of where the danger is - Needless fouling
