7. The Workflow Our workflow is very simple: Step 1 Submit design request Step 6 You can now make unlimited revisions or sign off the design. If you are unhappy with the design, no problem, we start again and keep going until you are 100% satisfied. Step 3 Design request will be added to your project folder in your Basecamp drive. Step 8 We move onto your next design request. Step 2 Design request will either be added to an existing project folder in your Client Library in Google Drive or a new project folder will be created for the design request. Let’s explain: ▪ ▪ All design requests are placed into a scheduling system. ▪ ▪ Each design request is scored by Design Units (DU). ▪ ▪ A DU is a time slot scheduled in to complete a single design request in a single day. ▪ ▪ Most design requests are allocated a single DU, meaning they are completed within 1 working day. ▪ ▪ More complex design requests may be allocated 2 or more DU’s meaning additional time is required to deliver the work. ▪ ▪ The Personal Subscription comes with 1 DU per day (1 design request worked on per day). ▪ ▪ The Enterprise Subscription comes with 2 DU’s per day (2 design requests worked on per day). ▪ ▪ More DU’s can be bolted onto your account for just $299 per month, per DU. ▪ ▪ If 100 design requests are submitting at once, they enter into a processing queue and delivered daily depending on how many DU’s available per day in the subscription. 1 DU per day means 1 design delivered per day. ▪ ▪ Each revision is considered a New Request, and therefore consumes 1 DU and will be delivered. ▪ ▪ Only once a design request has been signed off do we then move onto the next design request. 13 Pixel Hut I Design .
