Policy Lab. Shiga

Policy Lab. Shiga is an unofficial and off-the-job project that is formed by volunteers who work at Shiga prefectural government.
We are looking toward a flat administration that surpasses the institutional boundaries and is capable of contributing with policies based on the “insight of the citizens”.
