    (low risk) Increase awareness levels (low profitability) Landing pages to collect emails (low conversion) Cold outreach (time consuming) E-Commerce (need a product/ service to sell) Kickstarter (be aware of contracts)
  4. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS No transaction based selling Reach out to those

    laid off and share encouragement Reach out to those whose companies are struggling listen, learn, share, love It's about being there for people right now Be real (empathy) no lip service
  5. REMEMBER Know your customer Contribute first, sell next Listen before

    you ask questions Make it about the customer not you Remove obstacles and make it easy to buy Know your end game
  6. EXERCISE TODAY What/how they think and what they desire Their

    motivations The challenges/ fears they face What success looks like to them Understand the triggers in the buying journey What do your prospective customers currently do? (and I mean specifics not generic) Are you customer obsessed?
  7. REMEMBER, ITS NOT ABOUT YOU. IT'S ABOUT HOW WELL YOU

    KNOW AND UNDERSTAND YOUR CUSTOMER. (ADD VALUE)
