5 Elements to Consider When Creating an Online Course

5 Elements to Consider When Creating an Online Course

Have you taken an online course recently?

Below are 5 elements that (I think) make up a *good* experience.

1/ Content in various forms e.g. written, video, and audio.

2/ Ability to talk through the module/ topic for understanding and application.

3/ Practice the new skills you've learned in a safe environment with real-world applications.

4/ Chat with a pro to talk about the nuances in the topic.

5/ A community element to keep all participants in the cohort engaged and motivated. Ability to learn from each other as well as the instructor.

What are some of the good and not so good elements of an online course you've recently taken?
