1. Creating a HEY account and using for the first time. June 22, 2020
2. Sending an email to hey@hey.com will get you on the list to get an invite code. Right now you'll need an invite code. As per the notice at the bottom public launch is in July 2020. June 22, 2020

5. Pick the email address you want. At this time only @hey.com emails are available. Custom domain names are on the roadmap Right now there is no option to change this address so pick wisely.
6. Pretty secure password requirements. Also, if you decide to pay you'll be prompted to set up 2FA.
8. 7 steps and you're new @hey.com email is set up. That was relatively easy
