The counsellor explained that Anxiety and depression are part of the emotion Anxiety and depression tend to be affected by the majority Because some of them cannot control their emotion properly Not only big issues in Malaysia, but also in the other countries According to many articles that many experiments were done Counselors have to give them support to avoid causing the effect
  13. Q8. Who are Likely Unable to Manage their Emotional Health?

    A. Male or female? B. Students or workers? C. Lower class, middle class or upper class? D. Young children, teenagers, adults, or old people? E. People with mental problem, learning disabilities, stroke or other physical health problem?
  14. A. Male or Female? Most of the depression patients are

    male They cannot express themselves well which makes them depressed If they share, Some of their friends will tease them Instead of giving support to them It will be a big problem to them As for the female patients, they also have depression At least, they express themselves to others
  15. B. Students or Workers? The counsellor expressed that Students are

    still alright Not for the workers The pressure under the work Cause them to feel anxiety and depression Most of them are having anxiety, not depression
  16. C. Lower Class, Middle Class or Upper Class? It is

    very likely to happen Among those who work at the middle class The upper class will not get stressed or depression The upper classes will give the works to The lower class (mainly) The middle class Middle class refers to the people who are educated They do the work at the office explained by the counsellor
  17. D. Young Children, Teenagers, Adults, or Old People? Old people

    can experience the depression Normally at their ages, they have already lost their loved ones Some of their children are not taking care of them Adult at the age of around 20 - 40 also have the problem Sometimes happens to children, Because they are not well-trained They are normally asked for their opinions and share their problems If comparing to children, it is not very likely to see old people to face the problem The most severe one is teenagers who give the most headache, There are more committing suicide cases

    Physical Health Problem? The counsellor explained that all of them have Emotions Personal problems Physical problems Hence, it will affect their emotion and mental If they do not receive any support, It will be a big problem for them Since they are unable to control themselves well It will add on the burden to themselves

    this Moment or Those Suffering PTSD or Abused Group for the Emotion Problem? The counsellor felt that it is about the same There are many services available To help the people experiencing Depression Anxiety If they face any problem, They can call for help They will receive the support they need Unfortunately, many people are not aware of the such services
  20. Q10. How can the Counselors Help the People? Some clients

    will not express their feelings to the counselors They are not with the counselors Counselors can do some therapies to them, suggested by the counsellor, such as Light therapy For the children under age 8-12 years old ADHD therapy Allows the clients to express their feelings Art therapy Allows the client to express their feelings by drawings After drawings, they will be asked about their thoughts The counselors will know their feelings from their drawings Sometimes, the clients can speak out

    the rapport or relationship Clients will be given something to do and have some chat In the first session, The counselors cannot push up the clients Instead, they must be friendly with the clients, The clients will speak out about their feelings and their problems This is important in counselling Q10.     many types of assessments, Such as mental health assessment To measure the client’s emotions given by the counselors Viewing from the score, the counselors will know if their emotion is Mild Moderate Severe During the counselling sessions, Counselors Cannot give any advises to the clients Ask the clients to think for their own solutions Ask them how they will overcome their problems

    for Themselves? If the clients cannot think of the solutions for themselves Counselors Can help them to come out with the solutions Will do some chat or other technique Can give suggestions From there, the clients will be able to come out of their solutions The problem is If the counselors give the solutions to the clients The clients will depend on the counselors
  24. B. Counseling Session Period How long for the counseling session

    is actually depends on the issue If the issue is very critical, it will take longer time to settle If it is just normal only, seven sessions would be enough In the first session, The counselors will build up the relationship with the clients first In the second session, They will start to discuss the problem In the counseling session, It will depend on the technique used Because there are so many techniques

Is there any possibility that human beings are able to deny and neglect their emotions? Will their livelihood get affected? Q15. There are some people that get motivated If they see a perfect or successful person They might try to imitate them in various aspects There are people that become agitated and dislike to see these types of people, They prefer to do things in their own ways It will be extremely hard for the people who Have this kind of personalities to be motivated Try to be ‘perfect’ It takes a good amount of time to be able to feel satisfied with themselves

    to Deny and Neglect Their Emotions? Will Their Livelihood Get Affected? The counsellor said that It is impossible for someone to neglect their emotions This is due to the fact that If they recall their pass incidents Their emotions resurface in their minds This might be that the person is having emotional stress Therefore, it is best To seek a counselor to understand and stabilize their emotions Instead of trying to forget or suppress them

    to Understand or Express Emotion and also the Possibility of a Non-Sentient Being Having the Ability to Understand Emotion? The counsellor mentioned that the basis of understanding emotions Requires a two-way communication between two or more people Non-sentient beings will not be able to understand emotions They lack the ability to process and respond to two-way communications There might not be a possibility of someone lacking the ability to understand or express their emotions, The problem among people nowadays is that they Find it hard to trust counselors’ and psychiatrists’ words Will be confused with their emotions
